1. These Conditions supersede those published in any sales literature of prior date and may only be amended by specific agreement. Orders placed and accepted are deemed co be in accordance with these conditions.
2. Product specifications and conditions of sale may be amended without prior warning. Quotations may be withdrawn without notice at any time prior to acceptance of order
3. Prices charged will be those in force on the date of despatch of order except where volume call- off orders have been agreed. ln such cases 30 days notice of price increase will be given.
4. If you wish to return any goods please contact us to obtain a returns number, quoting your delivery / invoice number. We cannot accept goods returned without proper authorisation. Only current catalogue items, undamaged, unopened and fully marketable may be returned. In common with other suppliers, Ergo Computer Accessories Ltd cannot accept returns of software unless the package is unopened and the software seal is intact. Please ensure the software is suitable for your application before opening. Ergo reserve the right to make a handling / administration charge.
5. Other than as specified above, all prices are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Shortages, damaged or wrong goods supplied should be returned within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Non-delivery should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the advice note otherwise delivery will be assumed to have been made and the goods charged in full.
7. Cancellation of orders cannot normally be accepted other than by prior agreement.
8. No liability can be accepted for incorrect supply of goods against a verbal order which is not confirmed in writing.
9. Goods are guaranteed to the extent of the guarantee (if any) of the manufacturers. Claims under guarantee are limited to whatever amount (if any) is recoverable from the manufacturer under such guarantee. lf you wish to return any goods found to be defective please contact us to obtain a returns number, quoting your delivery / invoice number. 10 . No property in or title to the goods shall pass to the customer unless or until the customer has made full payment of all sums to the vendor
11. Payment terms are STRICTLY 30 DAYS from
date of invoice. Any discount offered will be allowed only under terms stated in our invoice. Discounts for early settlement claimed on customers printed forms are hereby expressly disallowed. Advance payment may be required for goods obtained to special order
12. The Vendor cannot be held responsible for consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of any of their products sold by them.
13. As part of the policy of continuous development, the Vendor reserves the right to make any improvements in the designs shown in the catalogue that may be necessary.
14. Any contracts shall in all respects be construed and operate as an English contract and in conformity with English law.
Warranty
We believe that our warranty is unique. If you have any genuine reason for complaint about any product purchased from us then we will replace it free of charge.
